Mountain of rest

Its been a busy time on the Mountain of Rest. Rooster lane and Lazy Bear has had long term rentals. It is the homeplace of some people working in Corbin. They do their own cooking and enjoy the evenings with the beautiful sunsets and breath taking views. There has been a bear sighted very close to Rooster lane. The deer is plenty and several turkeys have been seen. We have some chickens, rabbits, guennas and peacocks in our own little farm display. My grandson, has enjoyed killing some coyotes at night. They are a nuisance but him and pap enjoy the hunting experience.

Paps resting place has been booked nearly every weekend, the cabin is located in the middle of the Daniel Boone Forest with sights to see. come see us soon!
